Bob Pratt was the sole leader of Santa Barbara for over three decades. His reign of power was, because of the close support of his powerful siblings Toby and Suzy Jo, known collectively and informally as the Pratt Dynasty. He oversaw Santa Barbara's progression from a socialist state to a capitalist oligarchy, and replaced the traditional state government with the PrattCo Conglomerate.
