Head 2 - relations with other nations
- Article 1: No member of MCB Comintern will be antagonistic to socialist nations!
- Article 2: No member of MCB Comintern will be antagonistic to Monte Carlo Beach nations!
- Article 3: No member of MCB Comintern will be antagonistic to centrist nations!
Head 3 - the CONFERENCE OF THE LEADERS
- Article 1: Supreme authority of MCB Comintern is the CONFERENCE OF THE LEADERS
- Article 2: Members of the CONFERENCE OF THE LEADERS are the leaders of member nations.
- Article 3: The CONFERENCE OF THE LEADERS can change these rules.
