Composed of a few small, independent Devera-speaking nations, the Devera Nation Federation promotes civil rights and social equality among the member nations' peoples.

Prominent members
Onahere
The founder of the DNF, Onahere is the lesser of the two economic workhorses behind the federation and exports many goods that aren't as easy to come by in the other member nations. Unfortunately, the police force is not adequately funded and crime is something of a problem.
Bethetras
Strongly anti-business, Bethetras seeks to provide a strong military and police presence while still allowing many more civil rights than other nations. Bethetras is also a very old nation, harkening back to the days of Mû.
Nullus Nomen
A highlight in the socialist world, Nullus Nomen is a strict democracy (voting is compulsory) that provides citizens with an abundance of civil and political rights. Amazingly, crime is under control, but the economy is faltering and occasionally requires the support of other DNF member nations.
Mirubae
Though less democratic and more lacking in rights and freedoms than the other nations, Mirubae has a booming economy and is the main economic workhorse in the DNF.
Other members
Nilpferd
Practically an anarchy, Nilpferd manages to have a booming economy and a high degree of freedom. However, crime is out of control and the nation is overrun with gangs, limiting potential usefulness to the DNF.
