The Graveyard of Deleted Nations is a cosmic wasteland in an unknown corner of the universe, where nations go after the Mods wipe them from existence.
All nations that have been previously DEATed may join. The Graveyard of Deleted Nations does not participate in inter-regional politics as such, but individual members may do as they wish, as long as they do not draw the Mods into their forsaken wasteland at the bottom of the cosmic toilet.
