The Constitution of the Danaan High Kingdom of the Resurgent Dream, generally referred to as the Danaan Constitution is the supreme law of the Resurgent Dream. It was completed on 10 April 2006 by the Special Federal Assembly, received the assent of the High King on 6 May of the same year, and went into effect the following day when it was officially registered in courts throughout the nation. The constitution was created shortly after the founding of the Commonwealth of Peoples in accordance with the general commitment of that organization to written, democratic, constitutional practices.
