The Empire of Peacenik Treehuggers is small, socially progressive region; each of its member nations strive for World Benchmark ratings in Civil Rights and Poltical Freedoms. It is a relatively pacifistic region, hence the name, but will defend itself if necessary. It is not, in fact, an empire, rather, an alliance of liberal nations who happen to think the word "Empire" is pretty damn cool.
