Land of Victoria is the main Province in Zaaherland. It has a population about 2 million and the only city in the Province is Victoria. Actually the Province and City is the same thing.
The Government and Parliament is placed in Victoria. There is 3 Universities in the city and the Zaaherlands main business centre is in Victoria. The main Airport and Habour is in the city.
