His Royal Highness, The Dauphin Roland Gabriel Louis de la Courcel, Duc de Elua, Marquis de Belfours is the first son and child of King Dandre and his Queen Yessenia. Upon his birth he was delcared Dauphin (heir apparent) upon his birth and made Marquis de Belfours. Upon his coming of age he was delcared Duc de Elua, a position the dauphin/e has held for the past 300 years and consists of the City of Elua and its immediate surroundings.
