Island City is the Capital and largest city of Very Small Island. It grew up around a large bay, and during the early 1900's it was the largest city in the Region. VSI then fell on hard times, occupied by forign nations, but amazingly without damadging the city. During the VSI rebellion to regain control of their nation, the city was repetedly attacked and bombed by [[Parthia]], causing severe damadge.
