Agent White is an individual within the Soviet Union. Not much other than that is know about Agent White; other than the fact that "he" does exist in some form. He is seen widely in Soviet propaganda and agitprop, but has never been seen in the public (press conference, Party congress, etc.). A lot of speculation and theories have formed around Agent White - some more extravagant than others.

In February 2006, Agent White was swept in during the Reformation and put under the control of the newly formed government of Laurasia.

Backed information

While not much information is know about Agent White, according to Soviet documents, Agent White was first mentioned in an unrelated chemical compound during the Russian Civil War. AGENT WHITE (the chemical weapon) was - according to Soviet documents - the agent used to kill four hundred kulaks (land-owning peasants) in southern Russia. According to the report, AGENT WHITE affected the kulaks’ minds, driving them insane and forcing them to attack one another and devour their fallen's flesh.

Agent White (in the context it is used now) first came onto the seen as a manifested person during the Great Patriotic War. He was described as a tall, thick haired, near middle-aged man (as he is still described now). He was seen heavily in Soviet propaganda. The notorious propaganda poster of twenty feet tall can still be seen inside the Kremlin’s first floor.

Agent White was seen mostly since the start of the Cold War with the United States. His face was plastered on virtually every wall in Moscow stating various slogans: "Agent White defends your rights!", "Agent White is watching you.", "Agent White - the People’s Guardian.", and various others.

Agent White’s current "residence" is within the Kremlin's subterranean floors in a heavily guarded floor in the lower manifests of the massive structure. It is unclear whether this is in fact true and proven outside of released Soviet documentation.

Theories

Many theories and speculation stories have risen around Agent White, ranging from fantastical to dull. Some are supported by most of the Soviet populace; while others are immediately pushed aside by the Soviet people.

  • Theory One: The first - and most believed by the Soviet people - theory is that Agent White is a real individual that acts as an influential individual within the KGB. This is the image portrayed by the Soviet government. This theory is further backed by the fact that in propaganda, Agent White is always seen wearing the normal attire of a KGB operative.
  • Theory Two: The second theory is considered entirely outside of the Soviet Union. This theory states that Agent White is simply a Big Brother-esque character, fabricated by the Soviet government as another apparatus of control. This theory receives broad support in mostly Western countries.
  • Theory Three: The third most prominent theory combines the second theory with its own. It states that Agent White is both an apparatus of control and either a computer program, computer, or A.I. construct that records and disseminates information collected by KGB surveillance equipment. It is said that Agent White sends this information wirelessly (via the ear pieces commonly seen being worn by KGB operatives) to individual operatives for comprehension and use.

Agent White’s persona

In propaganda, Agent White plays the "father-like protector." He is portrayed as an individual with the Soviet people’s best intentions in mind. Propaganda states that he is able to see everyone at all times and can be anywhere (omnipresence and omnipotence portrayed heavily). Some Western authorities cite this as their proof of the third theory.

He is seen almost exclusively in a black suit, tie, slacks, and sunglasses. He has never been seen otherwise. Most individuals have an image of Agent White in their home (along with that of Troskin’s and Pacitania’s). This seems to be yet another metaphor for Agent White’s omnipresence.

No investigation into Agent White’s existence has ever been permitted to be done by either Soviet or non-Soviet individuals or organizations. It is suspected that this sort of investigation will never be undergone due to the high amount of risk the Soviet Union seems to be willing to take to protect him.
