The region of Terranordalis was founded by the player of Commerce Heights in February of 2004 to act as a haven for the nations of the old region of Paripana to flee the tyrannical rule of Baetica. All of the nations of Paripana save Baetica itself moved there. In its heyday, Terranordalis contained about twenty nations, but now consists of just four. It was formerly located in the north-central Atlantic Ocean, east of the Azores, but was moved by Commerce Heights to allow the nation’s entry into Atlantian Oceania.
