A sprawling metropolis set at the centre of the vast deserts of which Kegmenistan is made.
Once inside the city gates people are lucky if they can see their hand within 10 inches of their face due to the enormous amounts of smog that hang within the city.
The people live and work within enormous skyscrapers which reach forever upwards. Home prices within Stefangrad are increased according to how much clean air surrounds the appartment.
There is little entertainment to be had within the city as the church has condemned most forms of enjoyment claiming them to be "temptations of evil".
