The Declaration of 1092 is the constitution of the Empire of Akaeia. Written at the beginning of the Reconquest Era, the Declaration secured the Crownship from the ambitions of the Houses, established a stable government which did not experience civil war for almost 400 years, and made great strides in the protection of the average Akaeian citizen.
