The Declaration of 1092 is the constitution of the Empire of Akaeia. Written at the beginning of the Reconquest Era, the Declaration secured the Crownship from the ambitions of the Houses, established a stable government which did not experience civil war for almost 400 years, and made great strides in the protection of the average Akaeian citizen. The detailed document recognizes 14 explicit rights, and created the national legislature of the Prolekteion, and the elected positions of Primary and Secondary Speaker to balance Imperial power without tying the hands of the Crowns overly much.
