Fodmodmadtol Administration-Corporation Contract (FACC)
The Fodmodmadtol Administration-Corporation Contract, or FACC (also known as the Cairo Contract), was drafted by Sacha Gavri. The undersigned include Jordan Lion, Ludvik Novgol, the CEOs of the Top Twelve, and Madison Burulcich. The document itself is brief and nearly illegible, yet it's claimed to contain written language and architecture for a functional government.
