The Fodmodmadtol populist election of 2004 (11/1/2004) followed the assumption of power by Sacha Gavri. The representative administration of previous regimes had been dissolved upon the ascension of Nokona (1788) eliminating any semblance of democracy in Fodmodmadtol, and an anarcho-fascist entity emerged. However, it wasn't until Kay Medical was declared sole proprietor of Fodmodmadtol (1804) when the public reacted negatively. Nokona was displaced, (1989), and a generally anarchic conduct ran rampant outside of Cairo. Desperate for safety, the general populace enacted a transitional government to oversee elections with Sacha placed into power.

Cairo Protocol

From 2000-2002 Sacha and the Cairo administration worked tirelessly to secure important national facilities. Law was restored to major urban centers and outlying rural lands settled into peace. The Military Police reasserted authority, establishing distinctive District protocols. This period of containment and reconstruction was called the Cairo Protocol, after the effective government in exile.

Political Unions

In 2002 Sacha started the process for holding a populist election by organizing registration. In previous regimes there have been up to nine registered unions with the option of independent registration. Sacha instated only four: The Roman Union, First Union, Kay Medical, and Nation United Union.
