Cape Town is the Capital of The Skankin Penguins. This is the penguins largest city, and military focalpoint.
Here it is mandatory to have a cape worn at all time.
Cape town has a very large harbor able to port AAS Staging Fortresses. Also it has very calm beaches, perfect for skimboarding.
