Summary
The Confederacy of Embargoed States is a group of small nations which are made mostly of large corporations. The nation of Khabro came under control of these corporations, and therefore the nations, after its military arrived to remove a corrupt dictator. These corporations have rebounded from their hostile leader, and they have begun to spread worldwide. They are currently involved in a program with New Westmoore to inform other regions of New Westmoore's prosperity.
