Sir Cyril was born in Port Sir Richard in 1880, to parents who had served as diplomats for many generations, often marrying citizens of countries they have served in (hence his bewildering array of foreign sounding middle names). Sir Cyril attended the prestigious Riccardoton Girls school, due to a typing error and a short sighted preist, where he fathered over 300 illegitimate children; before attending Hailsham College, Port Sir Richard University; where he attained a double first class honours degree in Irritating Funny Foriegners.

Sir Miles was born in 1900 in Brighton, Sussex, and Emigrated to Cobdenia with his parents (wealthy industrialists) in 1922, after he had graduated from St. Lucifers College, Oxford. In Cobdenia, he served in the Home Office, before being transferred to the Foreign and Regional Office in 1930, and was appointed Sir Cyril's deputy in 1932, due to fears that Sir Cyril was both overworked, and getting too big for his boots, where is role is largely concerned with running the administrative side of the mission, acting as human resources manager, accountant, and other similar roles. He is largely an unknown quantity, having never served in diplomatic circles previously.
