World ranks
The old template was too long and was stretching the football article. I've pruned it to show just the top ten and started a horizontal-based list of world ranks at Template:World ranks full, which I'll try to complete in a few days (unless you want to help). I intend to remove the old (now ten-team) list from the KPB ranking system article and create a new "Current ranks" section in the article with the new template transcluded in.
