Madras is a major Great Seas port, and the seventh-most populous city in Willink, with over six million people. The city is considered the insurance capital of the nation, and is a worldwide scientific information distribution center. Aside from it's insurance importance, it is additionally considered a major college town, being home to no less than a dozen world-class institutions and over 850,000 students.
