- LEX LOCI, DICTU - Today, by a vote of 18 to 6, the Midhouse approved a t3.4 billion plan to develop and build an attack submarine. The submarine would be nuclear powered and capable of attacking the world over. At this time, all other details are withheld. There are, however, opponents to the plan, most speaking of the "risk" involved with nuclear reactors. "Nuclear power is completely safe," said majority leader Thad Bredehoft.
