  • Single vowels
    • Long A is pronounced [A:]
    • Long E is pronounced [e:]
    • Short I is pronounced [I]
    • Long O is pronounced [o:]
    • Short U is pronounced [U]

    • EA and OA become ÖÖ [2:]
    • IA and UA become ÜÜ [y:]

  • Consonants
