Bingeva is one of the 5 provinces in the Sklyrachy Autonomous Community of Yuunli.
As of 2005-05-18, Bingeva has 170,000 inhabitants (0.2% of Yuunli) on 96,994 km².
Bingeva is located in the extreme north-west of Sklyrachy, bordering Grosseschnauzer in the north and DataGenesis in the west.
The Chairwoman of the Executive Council of Bingeva is Yulya Keahat (FCP, since 2005-05-21).
