Very little is known about this man, known only as Kagato, except for list of crimes he commited throughout the Universe. There are rumors that he is Juraian by birth, though these rumors remain unproved and there is no reference to him in Juraian data archives.

Kagato is said to possess some mysterious power, which is often linked with legendary Jurai Power, and this power is said to make him nearly undefeatable, even when he is outside his powerful spaceship. Considering that all attempts to capture Kagato invariably failed, there MAY be some truth in these rumors.

Aside from whatever personal power he may (or may not) possess, it is confirmed fact that Kagato controls a huge and very powerful spaceship, widely known as Sojo. On Sojo, Kagato is known for devastating entire planets and anihilating entire fleets with ease. Kagato is known for fleeing the battle only when Juraian Battleships (each of them is very powerful by itself) are involved.

One of his most recent crimes also suggests that the rumors about Kagato's Juraian background may be true; for Kagato recently attempted to impersonate the legendary Juraian warrior and crown prince – Yosho Jurai, and by doing so, claiming the throne of the Galactic Empire of the Planet Jurai after the previous Emperor Azusa Jurai and his two wives, Funaho Jurai and Misaki Jurai mysteriously disappeared. Kagato’s involvement in their disappearance is unproved, but highly likely, especially since he is considered to be one of the few with enough power to harm the Emperor of Jurai.

When his ture identity was revealed, Kagato was forced to flee Jurai, though not without leaving much desruction in his wake. Kagato’s current whereabouts and plans are unknown.
