The Tarutaru required a unified construction firm to handle the industrial weight of the entire Union. The cooridination of all nation state industries were combined with the large company that was named Tarutaru Engineering Inc. the result was a multinational company that had the resources of an entire nation state. The company's board of directors was headed by a prominent appointment from the Tarutaru Union Council and its directors also were elected from that body.
