the Empire of Nickotopolis is a massively powerful nation known expressly for its advanced technological practices. It maintains a popular shipyard,(NASS) and a vast space navy. Nickotopoleans are typically intelligent people, who are usually fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, and for times of crisis, Klingon. Nickotopolis sits comfortably as an island on the planet Nypenyoka, which sits on the edge of a random abyss of space. Therefore its region is named RandomAbyss.
