Nickotopoleans are mostly intelligent people. The average IQ of a Nickotopolean is 120. The people of this great nation are linguistically skilled, therefore making it pertinent to be fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, and for times of crisis, Klingon. the main art form in Nickotopolis is writing. Painting, and drawing have almost completely been removed as new forms of art (Such as poems written on walls instead of artwork hanging.) mostly writing take over. A few sculptors still remain hidden in the Mountains of Taurus, however that is the only area sculpture seems popular. Nickotopolis sits comfortably as an island on the planet Nypenyoka, which sits on the edge of a random abyss of space. Therefore its region is named RandomAbyss. Nickotopolis has many allies that assist them in times of war and of peace they are (in no particular order): the Peoples Republic of Poodamia, the Republic of Samantopia, Democratic Republic of Korsia,and The Kingdom of Spotforth
