Monhin Dapa (Osage: Roundblade, a traditional term denoting a sacred or sacrificial sword) is the current tenth fleet-general of the Osage Empire, a position he has had since he acceded to it from the rank of ninth fleet-general after the death of Irul Kasaros, the previous owner of the position, at the hands of the Ctan during The Osage-Yvresse War.

Monhin's appearance has a divine quality to it, and the fleet-general encourages this association. He is always clad in unadorned, blindingly white robes, usually having only a staff, but since the Chaos War carrying a long saber with an ivory hilt alongside or in place of his usual ivory staff.

Monhin Dapa has presided over a veritable renaissance in Osage technology, both military and civilian, the conversion of the former New Haven fleetbase Orion into an Osage shipyard, and an age of increased diplomatic efforts towards former enemies strongly contrasted to Kasaros' aggressive foreign policy.
