The River Vorstor is the longest river in Pisylvania, at 2,100 km from source in the Trestall Mountains, to mouth on the banks of Lake Waston.

The river has been, and still is, used primarily for trade, with regular freight ships docking at the major cities along its banks, namely Vorstorgrad.

Along the banks of the Vorstor flooding is a regular occurance, with vast flood plains stretching either side for kilometers inland. Flood defences have been built only to protect Vorstorgrad, and no other areas, due to the huge costs that would inevitably be involved.

The Vorstor is one of the cleanest rivers in The imerpium of Might, due to harsh regulations on companies to dispose of waste environmentally. Because of this the water is perfectly safe to drink straight from the river itself, although for major cites purification is done through water purification plants.
