Vorstorgrad is the capital city of Pisylvania, located in the province of Langsvin, on the banks of the River Vorstor. Vorstorgrad has a population of 25 million, which is still rapidly growing.

The city centre contains The Supreme Assembly, as well as other important government buildings. Most buildings here are constructed out of brick, the cheapest material available at the time the city was built, with only the very newest structures built out of steel. No buildings are higher than 7 floors tall, due to strict safety regulations. It is also believed that any taller than this would damage the athestic value of the city.

Gardens and parks are a common sight in the city centre, as well as many un-planned roads, streets and alleys that were built to relieve the city of the congestion problems, but after the banishment of personal cars, these have become much more empty. Most civilians find that bicycles are the most efficient method of transport, as well as the government funded maglev trains that run through the city.

The suburban areas of the city contain many informal settlements where Pisylvania's poorest citizens move to from the rural areas of the nation, although the government has established several 'self-help' schemes to counter the growing number of these poverty-stricken areas.
