Federative Central Government

The Federative Central Government (also known as the Presidium) is a collective term contianing the entirity of the Soviet government. This term relates the following under its broad jurisdiction:
- Political Bureau
- Commissariats
- State Security Committee
- Main Intelligenc Directorate
- Security agencies (see Presidian Guard)
- Communist Party of the Soviet Union
- Supreme Soviet
- And other bureaucratic planes.
