Rhygyfarch, Shieldcrest

Rhygyfarch, Shieldcrest is a city in the Resurgent Dream. It is the seat of Rhygyfarch Parish. Rhygyfarch is the tenth largest city in the Resurgent Dream and the second largest city in Shieldcrest, after Narich.

Rhygyfarch is named after High King Rhygyfarch, the first High King of the Resurgent Dream.

Rhygyfarch is known, among other things, for its very good municipal school system, widely considered the best in Shieldcrest. Because of this, independent and parochial schools are few in number and small in enrollment in Rhygyfarch.

Rhygyfarch is located in the First Parliamentary Disctric of Shieldcrest, represented in the Danaan Parliament by Rhodri Llewelyn, currently the Shadow Minister for Foreign Affairs.
