Costanza is the capital and largest city of 2650058 island.
It is an extreamly Historic Island and City, with a history of violence and growth.
History
The Nation of 2650058 island has a strange and violent past. It was founded in 1892 by Risban as a southern port, and a defensive installation against the Kentuckistani navy.
