Conduct

The Rexxaraen military soldiers are the most fearsome of warriors in the world. The elite training system of the state armies leads them to be deadly-effective and completely loyal. Training is very difficult, both physically and mentally. Trainees are abused for their race, religion, appearence, intellect, and performance. The combatant coarses are so violent and painfull, that 1% of the trainees are KIA during training. Rexxaraen troopers are equipped with the best weapons and armor the world has to offer, are greatly disciplined, devoutly loyal to their commanders and their state, are religious fanatics, and never question any orders.


Conscription

Rexxarae has tried to maintain a general-conscription policy over the past sixty years. The republic has been rather zealous about it, though recent acts by Chancellor Aelie Avernicus eased the laws. The age of conscription is 18-25. The term of service is 3 years. Currently, one can be excused from military service in the following cases:

  • Griefing or morening
  • Physcial injury or disability
  • Permanent or long-term illness or disease
  • Obligations or missions
  • Almost any mental\psychological problem


Notable Campaigns

The War of 91'

with the founding of the republic and reconsolidation of the military, Rexxarae declared war on France in-order to reclaim north-Rexxarae. The Rexxareans proved their artillery capabilities during this war.

The Minitopian War

recently, Rexxarean forces invaded neighboring Minitopia to stop the [[Wakiwaxian Genocide]]. The Minitopian army was defeated in a mere two battles, and their capital was destroyed. The Rexxarean military earned more then triple the expense of the campaign in oil and uranium seizure.

The Forces

The large Rexxarean military is composed of five branches:

  • The Defensive Ground Forces (DGF)
  • The Defensive Navy (RDV)
  • The Defensive Air Force (DAF)
  • The Defensive Fleet (RDF)
  • The Defensive Intelligence Agency (DIA)

Overall, Rexxarae's conscription supplies it with a healthy, large army. The army counts 2,000,000 active troops, 500,000 of which are permanent soldiers, plus 2,000,000 reserve troops. There are almost 87,500,000 men and women fit for military service that may be enlisted at times of hostility or even war. The Rexxarean military has proven it's worth during the war of 91' against the Republic of France, especially the accuracy of the artillery units.


The Rexxarean Defensive Ground Forces

The Force

The Rexxarean Defensive Ground Forces (DGF)is the largest branch of the Rexxarean military. It is responsible for all ground forces: infantry, armor, artillery, AA, support troops, and military police. Currently, the DGF counts about 700,000 troops, 200,000 of which are active, and 550,000 of which are combatants.

The DGF is equipped with the latest in weapons technology, along with medical tools as-well. The equipment is as following:

The Rexxarean Defensive Navy

The Force

The Rexxarean Defensive Navy (RDV), though rather small in size, is one of the most elite naval corpses in the world. It is responsible for all naval activity: warships, water-based commando, reconnaiseance, and coastal defense. Currently, the RDV counts about 500,000 troops, 100,000 of which are active, and 75,000 of which are combatants.

The Rexxarean Defensive Air Force

The Force

The Rexxarean Defensive Air Force (DAF, also 'daaf' Rexxarean: shield), is by far the strongest and most effective of Rexxarae's armies. It is responsible for aerial activities, such as air patrol, air defense, and bombing raids. The air force also performs many secret activities, such as reconnaiseance or camoflauged bombing raids around the world. Currently, DAF counts about 500,000 troops, 100,000 of which are active, and 92,000 of which are combatants.

The Rexxarean Defensive Fleet

The Force

The Rexxarean Defensive Fleet (RDF) is named, quite culturely, after the science-fiction concept of 'the fleet'. The name generally reffers to the military wing of the space program, which Rexxarae hopes one day will be an entire fleet of space-ships. Currently the 'fleet' itself is very small, with several sattelites and one so-called 'weapons system'. The RDF counts about 15,000 troops, only eighteen of which operate in orbit. It is by-far the smallest wing of the Rexxarean military.

The Rexxarean Defensive Intelligence Agency

The Force

The Rexxarean Defensive Intelligence Agency (DIA) is the military intelligence and espionauge department of the Rexxarean military. The branch operates on it's own, serving the other branches and the government in it's operations. Currently, the DIA counts about 100,000 troops, most of which are active.
