Justin Hawke won the 14th Under-21 World Cup in with a Starblaydi side brimming with talent, one which forged the core of a team that went on to win World Cup 25. Hawke, however, won nothing afterwards. Despite being in two AOCAF (9 & 11) and one World Cup squad (24), Hawke failed to pick up a single winner's medal, despite those around him being littered with trophies.
He played in three Under-21 World Cups: U21WC13 to U21WC15, AOCAF9 and 11, and World Cup 24. His only goal was in World Cup 24's Qualifiers against Prince Aiden when he scored the third of a three-nil win on Matchday Four. Itechton Matranga and Surachai Buathiang were the other two scorers.
Hawke's career as a left or centre back was curtailed by the effectiveness of those around him. Dimitrios Steliopolous and then Leopoldo Lopez took what he perceived as 'his' place at Left-Back, while payers such as Nunzio Gre, Raymundo Hernandez and Jaime Oberlander saw him off for Centre-Back placings. Used primarily as a substitute, except in U21WC14 and AOCAF11, Hawke's career after flunking out of the Starblaydi Army never caught alight.
