The Democratic Republic of Balkana is a small, quickly growing country located in the Balkans region near what is usually considered Yugolsvia/Albania. A democracy, it has a system set very much like America (as one of it's main founders was from there). It has a fifty member congressional house, with it's Head of State (the President of Balkana) holding office for a maximum of two five-year terms, with being able to run again after one term off.
