The Troy-Pandoran conflict started in the Greek region almost 20 years ago and has carried itself to Euskalherria in the present day and age. It has resulted in the deaths of 29,000 people on both sides as well as casualties due to Trojan terrorism in other countries and remains one of the oldest disputes on NationStates today.

History

The Island of Hellonia was discovered by the Greek empire and colonialized. However there was a Southern part of the Island was known as Troy, it was different ethnically and therefore wanted autonomy and recognition. A further injustice happened when the Trojans were not included in the constitution this led to terrorist groups such as the Culture Cavaliers and the Ajax Martyrs brigade which wanted independance and the central city of Helen. The senate of Hellonia then proposed a division of the Island, the Northern half was to be called Pandorapolis (place of Pandora- the first legendary Greek woman) and the southern half was to be known as the Trojan Culture.

However though the city of Helen was in the centre it was given to the Greeks of Pandorapolis. This outraged the Trojans leading to a military campaign which they lost and led to the present occupation.

Present day

The occupation has been lifted this year however Helen remained to the Greeks, Pandorapolis is threatneing to occupy if the Trojans do not stop terrorism to claim more borders. The Trojan Culture is now democratic and is recognised by many nations in Euskalherria as well as the Allied Nations, Prismos and Pandorapolis refused to recognise the nation.
