The Troy-Pandoran conflict started in the Greek region almost 20 years ago and has carried itself to Euskalherria in the present day and age. It has resulted in the deaths of 29,000 people on both sides as well as casualties due to Trojan terrorism in other countries and remains one of the oldest disputes on NationStates today.

History

The Island of Troy (originally from Greece Region) was composed of two distinct civilizations, the Trojans and the Greeks. Both under the rule of the Spanish. During the Olmec invasions of Union of Spanish Nations, the Olmex subsequently captured the Island and forced the Greeks out due to the Greeks allegedly collaborating with Prismosians. The Trojans however remained. When the Olmec Empire and Union of Spanish Nations collapsed, the Empire of JunoMitsu conquered Troy. At the same time the Prismosian City of Viscount remained under Olmec control which housed a huge Greek population, some of whom originated from the Island of Troy. When the Allied forces freed the district of Viscount, Greek lobby purchased the Island from the Juno people.

The Trojans were not happy and resisted. They argued that Trojans were the biggest population of Troy and the Greeks had no right to rule it. The Greeks however were determined to make Troy a Greek nation and with the help of the Allied Nations make a right of return for the Greek population. There were offers of a 50% Split of the Island but the Trojans refused as the City of Helen would still be under Greek control. The City Of Helen religiously holds the Trojan Horse.

The nation of Pandorapolis was established with the help of general Cassius and so was a right of return for the Greek people. The Trojans resisted as many of their houses were demolished and their citizens evicted, they made their own region in the northern part of the Island known as Woodland and Montagne collectively known as the "Culture". Resistance parties were made known as the Ajax Martyrs Brigade, Culture Cavaliers and Justice Fist.

After becoming democratic, The Trojans now campaign for their autonomy.

Present day

The occupation continues this year and Helen remained to the Greeks, Pandorapolis is threateing to capture Culture if the Trojans do not stop terrorism to claim more borders. The Trojan Culture is now democratic and is recognised by many nations in Euskalherria as well as the The Allied Nations, Prismos and Pandorapolis refused to recognise the authority's government.
