Neu Württemberg

The Canton of Neu Württemberg descends, to no surprise, from the Württemberg area of Germany, in particular, the cities of Urach and Ludwigsburg. It is widely viewed as a canton for farmers.

The canton is also a stronghold for the DFU as it is a deeply conservative canton. In the November elections, the Deutsche Familie Union won every battle. The DFU's normal rival, the Deutsche Linkspartei finished no better than third and sometimes even lower for each position. Second-place typically went to the normally Ottawan BGG.

The 2006 census placed Neu Württemberg's population at 40,000,000.
