Chivas Saxer

Chivas Saxer, formerly known as SaxerVilla AC, is one of the eight teams that joined the QFL from the defunct Professional Football League of 1908-10. The team played its matches in the SaxerDome, but at a capacity of 7,000 fewer. A new Stadium for the club with a seating arrangement of 63,155, Chivas Field at Hobb's Park, and the Club was re-named Chivas Saxer in 1914. The team's Main rival was Dyanamo Vitas. In 1912, SaxerVilla AC became the 1st former PFL club to win the QFL Title. A heated Derby between the team and Saxervilla has begun in 1920 with each side winning twice at the other's home stadium.
