Nagaraku Ryouta (Japanese: ナガラク・リョウタ), born Irie Tetsu (Japanese: 入江哲) is the current President of the People's Republic of H-Town Tejas and current Chairman of the Tejano Worker's Party. The former second-in-command of the Tejano Proletariat Army and closest friend of Tejano liberation hero Fujita Ichiro, Nagaraku has served as supreme dictator of the Tejano state since the May 1, 1998 "Corrective Revolution." However, he is rightfully credited with the stabilizing of the Tejano state following the overthrow of the fascist Social Republic of Texas, and the subsequent occupation by UN Peacekeepers.
