The Equatorial Alliance was founded in April 2007 by Frenular Delta. A constitution was ratified by the Council of Nine June 4 2007.
Government
Council of Nine
The Council of Nine is the legislature of the Alliance. It is elected every three months by all member Nations. The current members are: (Names in Italic are forum names
