Cape Charles is a major Willinkian city located on the northern shore of the Rutland Sea in eastern-central Willink. With a population totaling over 4.6 million, it is the nation's thirteenth largest city. Known for it's rough wealther year-round, it serves as an international publishing capital, and is one of the nation's primary manufacturing centers, renowned for its steel manufacuturing works.
