Currently the Grossadmiral for the Kriegsmarine of Dyelli Beybi. The one eyed, but intelligent von Scheer oversaw victory for the Socialist Rebels during the Dyelli Beybian Civil War at the decisive Battle of Cyro.
Despite numerous piracy scandals afflicting the Kriegsmarine during his Command, von Scheer himslef has remained largely untouched, and is a well respected Commander.
