The Strategic Plains Alliance was signed by the Bureaucratic States of Oglethorpia, the Republic of Isitreal, the Wealthy Commonweath of Faxilvania and the Queendom of The Etherlands in the interest of maintaining the sovreignity of the member nations in the face of invasion.
