Reuest défroncile
Reuest défroncile, or Head of State, is the title exclusive to the person who is presiding in the Bureau of Unified Adcuetdentry and holding the top official office of the Roamfreun Adcuetdentry, the Office of the Reuest dérout.
The leader of the Unified Adcuetdentry is commonly titled the Reuest décurne, or Chancellor; whilst the leader of the Roamfreun Adcuetdentry is titled the Reuest dérout, or the Statesman.
Such a title is used when the leader of Roamfreun was elected the Chancellor, of the Chancellory, Bureau of Unified Adcuetdentry. See Reuest décourile for similar office under different circumstances.
History
When the Unified Adcuetdentry (UA) was founded on 6 February 2013, the Chancellory Office was presided by Nouvinert Coutinourc. The new Unified Adcuetdentry constitution passed on 19 May 2013 constitutes the new structure of the union, and lead to the formation of the internal political institutions, of which the most important, the Bureau of Unified Adcuetdentry. The new constitution states that a Chancellor will be elected among the Head of States of the U.A. member states.
On 30 July 2013, Slevelsoin Nuenenorl was elected the first Chancellor for the Chancellory, Bureau of Unified Adcuetdentry. Under the new constitution of UA, a Roamfreun Chancellor will be titled the Reuest défroncile, en parte nauts curnént reuesc, or the Head of State, the leader of Unified Adcuetdentry.
Current Usage
The title is currently accorded to the incumbent Chancellor of the Unified Adcuetdentry, and the Bureaucratic Stateman of the Roamfreun Adcuetdentry, Slevelsoin Nuenenorl.
