Apex

Apex is the capital city of the Hoth system and the location of the headquarters of the Hoth Manufacturing Corporation, which controls the Hoth system.

History

Apex was founded shortly after the conquest of the land now under the command of Hoth Manufacturing, to serve as the central city in the future industrial province to be used by Hoth Manufacturing for unhindered production and research. Its name was derived from the company motto, The apex of military engineering. To this day, it remains the capital of the nation.

Districts

Apex has a number of notable districts, many of which can be seen in this map.

Administration Plaza

This large, open area, encompasses 200,000 square meters, just under half the size of Tianenmen Square. Surrounding the plaza to the east is Administration Avenue, the road through which all visitors to the plaza must travel. To the west sits the large Hoth Manufacturing Administration Building, the headquarters of the corporation, inside which holds a number of conference rooms, audience halls, and the private offices of the CEO, Darryl Galvax, and other high-level staff members.

Industrial District

To the northwest of Administration Plaza sprawls the massive Industrial District, consisting simply of miles of factories where raw material is fashioned into Hoth Manufacturing products. Although the Hoth system has many such industrial sectors scattered across the country, the one Apex is by far the largest.
