Honkoa is the biggest province of Yuunli, located in the west of Mich-Inzl, around the Hekl Mountains. It borders Loreka (N), Kant (NE), Uaza (E), Oipach (SE), Itupt (S) and Riftal (W).

- Free Trade Party: 18 seats (-10)
- Safe Life Lobby: 17 seats (+3)
- Yuunli against Poverty and Destruction: 16 seats (+7)
- Free Citizens Party: 13 seats (-13)
- Conservative Party of Yuunli: 12 seats
- other parties: 4 seats
