Basic Information:The nation of Setian-Sebeceans is a nation with a deep and rich history of war, peace, and exploration. Currently the Setian-Sebecean nation is 'home' country of the larger Second Sebecean Democratic Imperium. Setian-Sebecean is a title dirived from the ancient alliance of the Setianius Democracy and Sebekkan Republic, which conquered the planet of Higar IV.
